Im not suggesting to change something , just want to hear peoples opinion .
so my idea is that we have to pay for townbell qiute often and it would be more convinient if townbell is linked to mayors bank account in boston .
upkeep will automaticaly drain money from his account , no money= authority decreses to 0 overtime . and second one is to recount tax amount and reduce it , so there wont be sence in building authority farms , because max daily income for the 1rst town for example will be + 500s on ur bank account(example) and there will be no sense in building 39k authority coz you will pay for it 2k or 3k daily for example

Claims and such are meant to be paid regularly; it's a sign of occupancy, etc.
The problem with linking it to bank account would be a town that could conceivably be paid up for years depending on how successful they were when they were among us.
That said~
I would like to see a Bell that could be paid up on par with a p-caim though... 2 full months vs single month.
I would also like to see Market stalls could be similarly paid for in advance. How do you take a month sabbatical and enjoy the world and hold onto your Market Stall... without giving someone else access to your account (which is a major violation of the rules)?

Store money on the stall and you can keep it almost forever
Account sharing happens all the time. It doesn't get punished unless someone with access to that account complains.

Yes, I've noticed stall acts like a bank... but yet you can't take rent from it (you still have to deposit rent weekly from outside funds if you don't care to remove the entire sum); which is in line with the Poster's argument/proposal.

my main thought was that many towns just stand there unpaid and their mayors got money and dont wish to pay for them .
+ im mooving to another coutry and mb i wont be able to log in for some time . so i thought it would be nice to have oportynitu to pay for a little more then now

If the town is not paid then it falls off the leaderboard.
