As the server lately has been unstable, I do suggest the following to counter this:

Stocking is not possible 24 hours after a server restart/crash.

It is just bold that players always have been receiving negative effects from instabilities game-wise.

Yes, they should not receive benefits either, however you cannot prepare yourself properly when everything is working against you. In this case with the Bloodmoon, it could result in many deads.

But i know, if the Server is crashed, all things "stop".
So it does not matter if there is Bloodmoon or not.
Only people who had fight with animals or are logged out in a bad situation (in darkness with less biles) could have a problem after server restart and they log in again. Or people who have a debuff that causes in staying online will be still online after restart.

But all other characters who was online while crash will be logged out after restart.
Somewhere i have read about also, that carrying something is also reset after a crash. But maybe i remember it wrong.
If you have this situation you have only to monitor the server restart and you should be safe, if you still carrying and have not carry something with less biles.

So i don't understand Judas statement about bloodmoon and many deaths in reason of the crash.
Ahh and i know that KO at Bloodmoon will cause in permadeath.
I guess it will only affect less people.

But to go back on topic.
24 hours seems a bit long, 8 hours would be more fitting. afterall there's most likely a reason why a person is in the stock
