Getting stuck in mountains without food

Two of my friends have now been stuck in grassland mountains near the center of the world without food. The first one I helped and travelled like 6 hours as a result of that.... The second one has been stuck there for days.
Honestly, there should be a skill to slowly regenerate phlegm without food. Also, availability of food should be slightly higher in grasslands.

Or you know, you could just drop everything and teleport to your leanto or Boston. Either of those would be much better than being stuck on a mountain for days :/

We left our old base and went on a travel around the world... Some of us got stuck that way.

Some bored endgame Pharaoh should just build a road up there - problem solved with existing game mechanics.
