Miller's toll

I think that grinding flour in Boston mills should give less flour (- 10% or so). The point is to make building your own mill have purpose beyond aesthetics.

I doubt 10% would deter anyone with how easy it is to grow tons of crops. In fact, this bugaboo keeps coming up and it's just really not that important in the scheme of things.....

Either that or a purity decrease blamed on the mills being low quality and dirty from other peoples grains.

imo, anybody that is using a windmill most likely does not have very pure cereals.
