This glorious thread has inspired me to post my own idea...
The PEE PEE and POO POO debuff
You need to go poop and pee or you will get
Poo poo and pee pee debuff if you have pee pee debuff you cannot drink any liquids
If you have poo poo debuff you cannot eat any food.

New buildables

Outhouse: character goes in and does pee pee and poo poo

Hole: character goes pee pee and poo poo in hole but much slower then outhouse

pee pee and poo poo the way described here would be like a constantly running debuff, that will after 1, 2, 3 weeks have the "irritating people" effect.
Sims have to pee and poo... please, for the love of any god
