You only get 2 leaves from a huge tree (autumn), and 10 leaves from a small bush! (oak)

you and cant use the oak leaves as tinder (which kind of makes sense but still)

how about balancing this abit, sorry maybe this doesn't exactly belong in suggestions in hindsight.

I believe rather than having a 100% chance of finding leaves, have it set at a 33% rate and let trees refresh quicker. It's like if you were picking apples from a stray tree, some of them would be of good quality while others are not as good. It'd give a "c'mon" feeling to foraging and make a much more worthwile and rewarding experience.
