Have You as developers considered creating news section at the website?
It's annoying to look for news on the forum where topics continuously change's their position due to new posts, also it's kind of advertisement when u show info about recent changes in place where everyone can see it.
It's good sign when u see that game's being developed when u see the game is developed.

+1 however I think it requires somework and they are not actually having much time, you know. You can clearly see that stress they have nowaday in their posts.

I think the announcements section is straight forward enough.

managed by the users would be neat. I'd maybe do it next update, but I'm not sure cause I'm lazy.
