Since the full and fed up timers got increased it would make sense to buff berrymash back to the three hours it use to have so that it makes a difference.

Full and Fed up Timers were only increased on specific foods meant to craft if you had 'time' to give. 90% of all recipes still have the same FF.

IDK it feels like every recipe good for gluttony now has a 3 hour full and filled.

That makes it not so good for gluttony.

The rule of thumb is that recipes giving over 45 to humours have 3h cooldown, foods giving 20-40 have 30 minutes cd.
And there are those ultimate foods giving over 70 humours, but they are so expensive that noone will make them

Cmon doesn't an entire bottle of laxative to get one piece of food out of your system seem a little extreme?

does your character still being able to function for more than three minutes after downing an entire bottle of laxative not seem wishful thinking?

Nope. It sounds like a perfect way to harvest tears from somebody who has yet to figure out the new system and is consuming 3 hour foods when he has far superior alternatives for his play style.
