True, but it is not intuitive. I personally don't think it should take 7 days or more to figure out how to increase stats. I've been a gamer for almost 20 years and played various types of games. I'm observant and always try to figure out how things work, but it still took me at least a week to figure out the basics of the gluttony system.
It would be a good idea to include how the gluttony system works in the rather lacking tutorial available.


It took you 7 days to figure you that eating this food depending on the % would give you X amount of humor?

Like anfros said i don't understand how people can not get this system. By far one of the easiest things to understand and lvl.

^ What I didn't understand was the colourful numbers (events) and how to read them. First of all, the Blood column is listed first instead of Phlegm even though Phlegm is listed first of all the humour bars. Secondly, having the gluttony categories (salt etc) in similar, if not same, colours as the humours also adds to the confusion. "Do I read left to right or top to bottom?!" I believe it would help if the humour columns in the events list had the same colours as the humour bars instead of what it is now.
I still need to think twice before I eat because it is not an intuitive system. Not even the in-game help section shed much light on it.

I also agree with the person who said that the overflow of humour should remain instead of resetting every bar to 0 after gaining a humour point.

It's all about being user friendly, and I don't feel this system is.

its not hard to read at all and no it isn't shown differently.

I too do not have a problem understanding the system, but if we didn't have a timer clicking down it might help. (I know many vets/power players won't like the idea, but I'm trying to throw other suggestions out that might help. Brainstorming is part of the testing process :)) Those who need to scroll over different foods to think about what to use next would have the time to do so. We have enough penalties with the invariance and not being able to change containers. However, to all those who don't understand the system, there is an explanation on the wiki and threads as well. If you organize your food by humor before you go into glutton mode, it makes it easier.
