You can use Kandarim's sifter or other simple macros, but you'd better be there, at your keyboard, able to react to anything a dev might do near you or say to you or you will be banned and/or have your claim ravaged.
Who stares at the game screen when they autosift on the custom client? What if my game was minimized while i watched a show but i'm still at my keyboard and some Dev just happens across this, rip my claim for not responding?
The joke standards of this games rules make no sense but whatever I don't need to afk fish. Its a complete trash mechanic and I just won't afk fish or fish at all for that matter, looking at my game and clicking myself for fishing is a joke in itself.

I'll list a few things you can do in game that automate which are allowed because lets throw reason out the window only because the devs added it into the game themselves its "Okay"
Sawing on a sawbuck; you start sawing again once the previous board is done. What is this sorcery?
Picking Branches; for all of eternity if you wish to afk it.
Digging the ground; until height/carrying capability ruin your day.
Cleaning Cotton; craft all button is okay its not "botting".
Chopping Wood/Trees; let me just log on 10 alts real quick and get this over with with my super awesome 100% macro skills.
Chipping Boulders; there goes my 100th'k piece of rubble.
Trip Hammer; Oh c'mon, if sifting needs to click every 2 seconds without autosift then why not do that with trip hammer? Make the player click every 2% tick to start it back up.
Arrow Key Movementl; I'm totally just grabbing random **** now. Holding arrow key is botting 100% if you have gob paths on you can clearly see the short end where you are suppose to stop but the game just starts another gob path at the end of that.
HotKey Bar; This is by far the very definition of a rigged macro. Make the player have to go into the battle menu, choose the skill, and then aim with the sword pointer as to where they wish to attack.
