This is the coolest idea i have heard so far hands down...

Anyway, This should only be an option IF the person had committed a crime. You should not be able to do this to an innocent person.

Should be a Law & Lore 1500 skill (Tarred and feathered) Way earlier than killing blow

And yeah, soap should remove this as suggested

Seriously, it's a game. If you have moral issues with killing in a game... I'm just not sure what to suggest.

I don't understand how this is about moral issues with killing? Options right now are KO or kill. If you don't have murder skill, there is no other option.

For that matter, I'd love to be able to tie someone up and leave them in the middle of nowhere as well. Maybe near a rattlesnake spawn.

Options are fun. Games are fun. More fun options = better game?

id love it. would be great for some players who have not gotten black skills yet to punish a noob raider/tresspasser koed in claim in any other ways.
make it so that the tarred and feathered chars only have half the inventory till they come off, and dont let them wash it away too easily, should at least last 24 hrs even after using a whole block of soap.

some sure could enjoy that too on purpose, leaving scents, and i see no issues there if they dont mind being mistaken as criminals.
