Grind them into meal and stash the meal in a large barrel. No reason to be stockpiling bones other than for making bone meal, and if that is the case, you might as well just store the meal in bags and barrels.

When I light/fire a campfire it takes X amount of time to become 'lit'... I was suggesting it might occur faster with a log made of wax and wood chips.
