Latikai radar file - with out animal icons

here is what you need to hide icons of the hostile animals while marp refines them... Latikai has also finally added ordering to icons also. :)
*you can disable all icons in the in the general options tab - or change show icon=true/false in the file*

to add this to your minimap just go to: C:\Users\*USER*\Salem
(replace *USER* with your current user name)
find the file named radar.xml, right click it and click "edit".. then copy this code here and replace the current settings.
*if you have any problems with your radar you can simply delete the whole radar.xml file and it will be remade with default settings next time you start up salem.*

i have normal animals with their icons showing... hostile animals with out.
as a bonus i have added in steel tools in case you drop your tool for some reason.
any thing else you want done to your radar you can ask and ill see what i can do. :)

ok, updated the first post.

made some changes to what you posted there, reeds now labled reeds instead of milkweed :p
added tool tip to frog
changed some depths
and moved the always hidden biom trash you had listed in to its own group and filled in the rest...
*people might want to change the colors of at least the autumn forest trash leafs.*

i also moved the sled

id suggest a different color then grey for giant crickets, out of thet pretty nice

there you go, i changed it to the color i have it set as in my radar file.... er... wait you meant "unknown" animals... giant cricket isn't in this one. >.<

yeah grey is for unknowns, and giant cricket is not in my radar because I can't be assed with them.

hmm not working as intended animal icons still dark and I cannot see them properly, just give me back animal icons as dots for now like it was, forageables dissapeared, but I do need forageables, leaving only animals smooth stones and such...

animals should not have icons...

if you go in to "Options / Radar config" then you should be able to check one of the boxes to show what foragables you are looking for.


im about to head to bed, but i have just finished editing my personal radar file so will test out the animal icon off option next time i login.
if you tell me what foragables you want always shown i can move them in to a group shown by default.

There is one thing I liked with the new icons that I'd like to know if this will still support... The new icons showed rabbits that would turn into march hares. Will this differentiate them from regular rabbits still?
