For all of those without music

Postby FatnessV6 » Fri Sep 11, 2015 4:55 am

I figured out how to play music with a command.
There are 9 music in the game that i know of.

barnworld
boston
cc
houseworld
markethustle
mineworld
nativecamp
overworld

so if I wanted to play barnworld

I should type :bgm sfx/bgm/barnworld
If i got tired of barnworld and wanted boston next,i would type
:bgm -l sfx/bgm/boston
just do that for any music above.

Note:Not into the chat or anywhere, pressing shift+: will bring up its own little chat line thingy

if i wanted the music to loop, just put a -l in front of the first bgm
:bgm -l sfx/bgm/[put your desired ingame music here]
to stop music,type
:bgm

if you want the music from the beaver dance
:bgm sfx/kritter/beaver/taildance

tell me if i missed a song.ill update the list

anyways i hope this helps if you want cheerfull barn music :D

Warning!:incorrectly spelling the command line will crash your game!

Nah, you just need to type : when no textbox has focus in the UI. Shift is simply because your keyboard layout requires a shift for :, I'd say (the world is wider than QWERTY!).

On-topic, I made a music pack once. here.
It's probably easier to load these into your music player if you don't plan on listening to the music the game picks for you anyway.
I'll see about updating it one of these days.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.
