Just made some of these for Phlegm food.

On the hotbar it says it heals for 10 - 20 - 15 - 10

Yet when i cooked them it says 15 - 5 - 8 - 12

I understand purity affects them but not by that much? Is this because the wiki is out of date and linked via Enders?

More than likely yes.

All foods seem to have been mostly remade, heal and glutton values.
