This crashes happen often and they are just random, i recall this happening once in a while in HnH but i don't remember the cause or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

It's been mentioned several times that the game is unstable on Java 7, but the problems essentially don't exist for Java 6. Which java do you have?

Funny, i updated to 7 because in 6 it doesn't allowed me to even run the application.

It probably depends on more than what version of Java you have. I have up to date java 7 on 3 different computers, both x86 and x64, and I dont experience any crashes on either of them

Can you verify whether this happens to you in the default client?

It is the default client, the one in the Account section here in the forums

I find that quite weird, since I haven't received the error report from your client. Are you using another account than the one you're posting from?

Ah, I see, then, that you have an old-style Intel GPU. This error is known to occur on some of them, but I haven't found a working way to debug it yet. The basic problem is that I don't know what exact rendering command is causing the error.

Could you post what graphics processor you have? I started a list on the Paradox forums of GPU models that don't work and possible fixes if someone has found one.
