Bugged tile. [Too steep to lower it]

I've found a hole that has a drop from highest point [207] down to [164].
Been working it for over 30 hours now and tried to fill it all around, dig all around, both 5 squares in all directions.
Used both normal, shift- and ctrl-clicking when digging and dropping dirt.

Had 3 people trying to solve the problem for several hours but it does not seem to work.

[*] Expand the hole by at least one square in all directions,
[*] lower the outer squares as deep as possible (if something prevents this -> destroy it), then proceed to the next inner squares
[*] when approaching the center square, try to fill it up

if fillup is possible -> refill the hole (should work without any problems)
if fillup is not possible -> return to step 1

Yep, tried all that.

Does not work and it's not possible to level that point.

As i mentioned in my post we have collectively put down 50+ hours in trying to fix it.

the way to fixing it is to first lower all of the neighbouring land to the lowest level of the pit, and then fill that (massive) pit up again.

Thats has been done in 3 of the 4 directions...
The one direction where we have not tried it can not possibly affect the area that is bugged.
