Account 1: Plants the Coal Clamps on claimed land (owner)

(60 hours passes so they burn)

Account 1: Can right click and "Collect Coal".
Account 2: Cannot right click on them to bring up the same menu.

They are on claimed land, but all permissions and everything are properly set.

Is this intentional or a bug? Also, if you were to place them on unclaimed land, would that too mean no one else could "use" them?

More likely, the second account doesn't have the Coaling skill.

Hmm, it doesn't, but I didn't realize it was needed to actually extract the charcoal. Basically, I was going to split work with a friend, but he doesn't have that skill yet. I thought only one of us would need it, but that's good to know now.
