Hi! I have a problem, i start to build Ore Smelter and now i want to destroy building site, but i can't, there no no progress in procents. How can i destroy it?

If there's no progress, merely remove the materials?

Construction signs don't show a percentage (known bug) when being destroyed.

once you start building, you cannot remove the used materials.

I believe you need a certain amount of phlegm to be able to do damage to signs, even with a woodpile sign I think once phlegm dropped below 15(?) I was unable to destroy it.
