Character stuck!

Hi I went out swimming in the ocean, and got dislocated. Since I'm outside of Boston I cannot travel since I have items, however since I'm swimming I am unable to drop or use any of my items. If someone could teleport me that would be great! The character name is Boo

Walk west until you reach land, then drop all your items and teleport.

As long as you are moving right to left on the mini map you are heading west.
