100% sure now!

When i have Salem open Facebook won't load and gives difficulties.
If I have Facebook open, the game crashes.

Maybe this is related to people having the crash + browser open bug.
Maybe it has something to do with running multiple instances of Java?

Are you sure it is only for facebook? If so, this is an exceedingly weird problem.
Which browser are you using? If you dare answer IE, shame on you ;)

since facebook uses javascript, not java, that is not an issue. It shouldn't in any case. Seperate instances of Java are also completely seperated, so they couldn't interfere. In any case, you can easily run 4-5 salem clients at once when your computer can handle it.

I use Internet Explorer, and have browsed Facebook while playing Salem. The game never crashed for me. Perhaps you are using an inferior web browser that is causing your game to crash.

Using Chrome.

And I thought Facebook ran on Java and not Javascript (know the difference).
But it was a wild guess.

Guess its just me then.

Its not the first time I've seen problems with Chrome and Salem/Java on these forums.
