Re-registration problem

Hello,
I got my Salem closed beta key last May and had played Salem during the last summer. I havent played it since, but when i tried to log in again today i couldn't...I did manage to make a new account with the same email adress that i got the bet inv on. Basically I'm wondering if I can get my old character back?

Was this before or after the move from Paradox Connect in July or so of 2012? If it's prior, you may be able to get your login credentials, but there was a server wipe at the time, and so you won't have access to those characters. If it was after, you might be able to, but it may be difficult. The best I can suggest is sending an email to Paradox's support:
support@paradoxplaza.com. It can take a couple of days to get an initial answer, so some patience, please.

I kinda remeber ur nick from forum back then. Not sure when I played on development timeline, but I was active when you implemented shop system, and I stopped playing before the new nicer-looking UI and adding multiple servers. I hope that helps :-/ I will send and email to paradox plaza though. Actually I dont mind playing a new char, I'd just love that close-beta outfit

I'm not one of the devs, just a volunteer mod. I just try to do my best to keep things orderly, organized, and informative.
Unfortunately, that doesn't help me place a time down any, but if you can recall, if you had to create an account through Paradox Plaza or use an existing Paradox Plaza account, then you played prior to the server transfers and your characters will be gone.

If you had a Salem account on Paradox Plaza, it won't work anymore. The game is in open beta...make a new one.

Moo was transferring accounts when possible. I haven't received any word that this has stopped.

I thought he was making new ones altogether, hence the reason why anybody with an old account has a different name here. Now that it is in open beta, I guess there is no real reason to do that anymore.
