What happened to my Musketeer Hat recipie

I was able to make Musketeer Hats and now it is not an option. Bug or in a different skill?

Tricorne now requires a turkey feather, and I think skill changed too. Likely the same deal with Musketeer's Hat.

You need "Lace and Fancywork" skill now to craft the hats with feathers.

I have Lace and Fancywork, but no Musketeer Hat! I sold the one I made off my head thinking I could make more...

Maybe you need turkey farming for it, since it requires rare feather from plucking a turkey.

Nope! Got Turkey Farming this morning and no hat

Going to work on firearms next!
