Hey, so I just started playing today and made a homestead, fire etc. Things were going good. Life was free and easy. And then all of a sudden my UI all grayed out. No more colors or pictures, just all gray. This strangely only happens in a radius around my homestead. So if i walk a certain distance away it pops back to normal, but the second I walk back it's gray again. So, common problem? Just me?

Maybe it has something to do with lighting the fire and your graphics card. Lets see if I can find the relevant thread:

Hmm. Maybe it has to do with the fire. I'll mess around and light another somewhere else and see what happens.

That IS the problem. Too bad there's no fix as of that post you suggested.

There is no fix. It is a problem with your graphics card. You can try to update it to the latest version, or try to revert it to a previous version. Kind of hard to help you without your computer specs.

Well I have updated my the graphics driver for my HP Pavillion dv7, and no change sadly.
