Boat -> pilgrim's house -> boat gone

Guys, i wanted to put my boat inside a pilgrims house, so i thought lets log out while carrying -> boat gone
Not inside the walls just gone.
Is it a bug or ment to be like this ?

Seems it's the void tiles. Instead of things landing in them when you log out carrying something, they now disappear. I lost an ore boulder when I logged out next to the void in a mine.

Just lost a boat with a granite boulder, 2 chests and a deer in it when my client crashed in a mine. Was carriyng a boat in a mine -> crashed -> logged back in -> no boat.
Is this ever going to get fixed?
