Can't go inside house

Hello, i and my friends have a probmlem with house. Recently, we build two house, and all was normal. But one day ago we saw that we can't go inside one of houses, then we press on door, player only go to the door but don't go inside... . Can admin help us? or we need to destroy it and build other house? House in claim, and tracking don't show anything becouse this no one can't go inside and lock the door with box.
I see on forum that someone say that he had this problem, but he say that door unloocked after one day itself.

Can anyone help? or say anything such as:" We won't help you and your friends, rebuild it". Or we will help then we will have time.

What staxjax is saying is we mods can't do anything and that there isn't enough time for the devs to go and fix every small situation like this since it's only a two person dev team.

I myself really don't know the house mechanics well enough to provide any support. I have some ideas, but since I don't even know if they relate, there's not much point in mentioning them.

I've actually seen this problem multiple times before, and they always end up with nothing happening for a long time and then one day it just works again.
