My Thanksgiving Gift is gone and I'm sad

Postby Bernkastel » Sat Nov 24, 2012 5:17 am

I got knocked out by a timber rattler while moving my belongings into my claimed area and lost my Thanksgiving gift. May I please have that back? I don't care about the other items I lost in my inventory - I already understand that occurs when I'm knocked out... but my Thanksgiving gift - now that hurts!

The answer is almost always no.

Sometimes people get stuff recouped when they lose something because of a newly discovered bug, but it doesn't sound like this is the case.

These guys are likely right as once you claim an item and lose it in-game somehow, there isn't much to be done. However, if you still think you have a legitimate claim, you can always contact Paradox's support at the email address support@paradoxplaza.com.

Thank you, I was looking for a Salem support email but couldn't find it. I' emailed them but I'm also doubtful anything will be done. It's just disappointing since this was the first time Salem gave me a break, lol. Anyhow, I'll update this thread if I get a response from support. Thank you to all that replied for your insight, I appreciate it.

Which server do you play on? If you're on Plymouth server, I may have an extra one I can give you. PM me if you are.
