My character was KOed by rattler poison.... While I was waiting to be transported to town, I was rearranging inventory and picked up the silver purse with left mouse click to move to another inven slot. In that moment, my character respawned in town and lost the entire silver purse... I even went back to spot. All my stuff was there but of course no silver. It just vanished....

and, what are we supposed todo about it?

How were you rearranging inventory while waiting to be transported to town? You can't touch your inventory while you are KOed.

Please try to be helpful in the Bugs forum and not just troll or spam. There isn't anything we can do about it. That's why it would be considered a bug report.

OP: I'm with Procne on this. My understanding was that you can't move your inventory and equipment around when you're KO'd. I also didn't think you were supposed to lose the silver purses in inventory (vs equipped) when recovering from a KO, either, but that's been a while, so I could be completely wrong on that now.

If I read OP right, the purse wasn't equipped but in inventory and OP wasn't ko'd while moving it around but waiting for the poison to drain the phlegm.

If you ko, you lose all you have in your inventory and if your purse was in your inventory and not equipped, you lose that, too.

Not sure if it vanished, if you were standing in Boston it is most likely that someone else just picked it up when you teleported home.

Purses in inventory aren't dropped when you are KOed. Neither does silver. In fact you can't even drop those on the ground yourself.
If you had this purse in your cursor (as in holding it), then it might have vanished when you KOed indeed.

Really, they won't drop when in inventory? Didn't know that.
Why is it recommended to equip them then? Only to have one more inventory slot?

Edit: ok, IRC informed me that it really stays in inventory when ko'd. Sorry for lying then :/

They do not drop, it is only for the inventory slot. Since it was on his cursor it dropped, and since purses cannot be dropped it appears as nothing.

Wow, some really uninformed and ignorant people in here. I'm reporting the bug, not crying for a silver reimbursement. And yes, as they said, purses cannot be dropped... hence why I didn't expect to find it when I went back. No one touched my stuff, because all of it was there but the purse, because I KOed right next to my homestead. (Remember, rattler poisoned, so I had time to walk home.) I simply had the purse on my cursor when I respawned in town.... and it vanished completely.

That's a big bug that needs to be fixed.
