hello, i am woundering if theres a way to remove a gate lock. i assigned a key to a lock and put the lock on a gate, now i cant open the gate eaven if i have the key on me, or 2nd click the gate with it or put it in my keyring. it locked me out of my home... and gate is impossible to destroy eaven if its my own gate... so im woundering is there a way to fix this or did i just lose 9 days of my work?

No, there's no way to remove a lock. The only option is to destroy the item. Making sure that keys and locks are attuned properly is tricky. I believe there is a proper step-by-step procedure on the wiki.

As far as the gate goes, you'll need enough phlegm to break it. None of the wall items are indestructible. I believe you need at least 25 as well as keep it over that value for a stone headge to damage it and 40 is recommended.

If you still have the master key, you can apply a new lock (attuned with a different key) to the gate.

it seems the master key doesnt work... for some reason i tested on a build gate from the side... i watched a video on you tube with the full steps on how to do it, i did exactly everything he did and it just doesnt work for me on a stone gate... he did it on a wooden one... i gota try a wooden one.
