From start my toon dont have cravings.

What client are you using?
I'm not quite sure if enders client was updated to show cravings or not.
If you're using default client or Lat's client then I guess your client might be outdated

Its no client problem, on second toon i have cravings normally, first one dont have it.

Kandarim client is showing Craving for me.
The only times i had a problem with Craving/Gluttony on Concord was on the early begin when i needed to log out / relogfor it to be shown. But I think
that fix fixed it.
