Joining with homestead secret, stuck and blocked off friend

After teleporting to a friend's homestead, I spawned inside his claimed area stuck inside a lean-to. To Top things off I also blocked his door off.

If you turn 'Criminal Acts' on, you can walk off the claim. Do it quickly, you get a 15 minute debuff for trespassing and black bile drains every few seconds until you KO. He can give you rights on the claim by rightclicking his claim pole and setting permissions for the color he made you in his buddy list (don't use the default white to give permissions).

He, or you when you have permissions, can break that leanto and make another one out of the way for you to make your homestead.

He needs to give you rights to move around his claim by interacting with the claim stone.
