Anyone and I do mean anyone (Even if I hop on an alt whom has no permissions) is able to come and go onto my claim, and is able to take things.

I noticed this when a stranger just randomly walked onto my property and started rummaging though my stuff.

yes. anyone can step on your claim.
anyone who have the certain skill can try breaking down your things on your claim.

No one who entered my property had the skills to take stuff, this is a glitch, not people utilizing "Criminal Activities" to enter and steal things.
I logged in an alt whom had no permissions, I was able to walk around my claim, enter and leave it, take things from boxes, etc.

I understand how the skill works, thus why I even mentioned an alt.

just in case, did you make a party with these people?
because inviting to a party grants all of them free access to your claim.
or can this be a town claim? anyone can walk on town claims freely, and anyone can take stuff freely when the town has not enough silver.

if you think it is a glitch, you must explain more with detailed info, like with screenshots. be specific about what items they took, where they took from and how much your claim covered the area.

also, one way to find out if its a glitch or not is to check if they have left scents or not when they took things.

Another possibility is that you gave permissions to your claim to the white color. Everyone you kin will be white color by default until you change it.
I assume you have those people kinned, because you seem to know their skills

NEVER give any permissions to white color.

It may have been the party thing, I'll test on another alt
