domesticated meat and the meatsmoker

I could not put domesticated cuts in a lit meatsmoker. Is this intended?

Thinking about it. If you had a giant burning meatsmoker, would you open it up to shove your hand and some meat inside?

Sure, they're not all that hot in that part of the smoker. Much cooler than an oven.

I don't think domestic cuts can be smoked and I don't know if John is open to changing that.
