some of the shrooms after boiling are still poisonous!
ive had bet with one of my villagemates and he told that boiled shrooms still give debuff i didnt believe him then he brought some boiled shrooms and yea they give debuff i still have a sample of those shrooms if someone wants to investigate this matter

It's a known bug that's never getting fixed for whatever reason.

But since you're ripe to test it, is the buff less severe after boiling?

It is fully random, and iirc the debuff hit is the same if it hits, boiling more than once further lowers the chance of poison remaining or so I heard.

I highly assume it's a feature and not actually a bug.
But it boils down to one simple thing, keep your hands off the good shrooms if you can't handle the poison!

Try and boil them in a cauldron and not in a pot. This may remove the poison.

this does not make an apparent difference in the bug behaviour; mushrooms boiled in either may or may not lose their poison.
