I'm trying to install the client on my computer and the bar seems to stop moving at this certain point. It looks like approximately 75%

What do I do?

This is not really relevant, it was a temporary DNS issue because of the handover from paradox.

If you are succesfully downloading part of the files, you should probably have some patience. The latter files are relatively large (~50MB) and may take a while depending on your connection. If you're using a custom client, those files are hosted by github.io -- which lately has had occasional hiccups with big downtimes.
