Noticing some of my older alts still have this to be learned; while more played Mains do not.

There have been 2-3 patches since, and the alt's still have to skill 'to be learned'.

Was it restored as an actual skill or has it yet to be removed?

The discrepancy is notable. Where only those players online at the time Dev's removed/wiped it away affected and everyone else has been allowed to keep and learn it?!

Curious.

Seen some very old players last few weeks; I'm wondering if they have the murder ability JC denied the bulk of us without MM over a year ago?

What are you talking about? The skill has never been removed. You've learned it on some of your characters and not on others.

it was unlearned from all characters when revenge was introduced and its requirements were drastically increased. Over a year ago, iirc ?

Right, which means his characters are behaving as they should.

Here's my dilemma: This account was created essentially Sept 1st 2015.. yes over a year ago, but at the time Story of Cain went away; it could not have achieved that on it's own. In fact, I recall not every being that robust at the time.

Seems I was 'grandfathered' in. I guess the wipe folks have one more thing to be pissed about. k

I see I have learned it on my Main, but I know damn well I could not have learned it under 'old' rules more than 6 months ago.

Thus my confusion.

Thanks- for giving me something I wasn't eligible for at the time; but don't crap on me for not remembering having never gotten there on my own as is!

you can also get cain and abel from studying a memento mori, something you can buy in the store. Perhaps that is what happened ?

Kandarim's probably right. You've bought quite a few things in the store, you probably bought a Memento Mori and some point and used that.
