I've got an issue with 1 of my characters. When I logged her today, she was naked and she has lost all her inventory. If you could investigate what did happen please. Character's name is Altinea.

Most likely their homestead, be it leanto or pclaim stone got detroyed and they dropped their entire inventory and equipment. You should go to the location of their leanto and check for scents, then decide what to do from the on.

If you didnt had leanto protected someone could pclaim irt and bash it without leaving any scents. When your leanto is destroyed you drop your entire inventory where your leanto was.

I'm not sure to understand the game mechanic.
My character was in Providence, I've checked right now and she has no longer a leanto. But where did her inventory drop? In Providence or to her leanto?

Her leanto.

If the leanto got destroyed then her inventory will have dropped at the spot of the leanto - whoever conducted the crime will then have been able to collect whatever loot they wanted and let the rest de-spawn after a short while.

Won't logg out, even if you close your client.
=> will accumulate madness over time
=> will be dead in ~2 day (after the ~48h newbie-passive-madness-gain-immunity)

Thats the sense of this game, to have things here that are not "funny" if you compare with other casual games.
But thats the reason we love this game, because this "not funny things" make us happy and we have much fun with them.
