The Ongoing Mac-Interact Dilemma

So I updated my OS and lo and behold I can't interact with objects in game. I believe that the latest theory is a Color Bit depth Mismatch, but there is little to no info on how to change this... in addition, I'm getting this error log:

make sure your color depth is set to like 32 bit or higher perhaps, lower was the issue. as for the later.txt file, attempt to create an empty file called later.txt in your salem folder.

Unfortunately this is more easily said than done... I haven't been able to find anything that tells you how to actually and specifically change the bit depth on Mac OS...

... also, there is a file called "Late.txt" I added an "r" to make it "later.txt" and got this error log:

try copying the late file and keeping it as both late and later *shrug*

tried that... it actually recreates the "late" File on it's own when executing the launcher

at this point i suggest deleting everything out of the salem folder except the maps, and everything out of the .salem folder that is hidden and contains the cached resources, then redownload everything
