Lag Disconnect Bug?

Hello,

was wondering if someone else noticed this but meand a few friends did

sometimes i have to trade or mova large items like 500 bajgiels, coal, fruits or anything, so when putting them into a barrel and getting out 3-4 stacks of full barrels to my inventory the game sends me back to the login screen.

That happened to me with several hundred autumn grass. Was mass spamming them into a prov barrel.

I think i remember JC saying something along the lines of clients being force-DCd if they send to many server-requests or something, it was a measure they placed in order to protect the server from malicious intent.

Was a while ago, but if you wait a second after each item dump you should be fine. It doesn't happen when taking/placing items into Stockbins, so dont worry about that.

It does.
Just remember, when you shift-click stuff into a barrel or something, it will spawn a transfer action for EVERY similar item in your inventory. Even though you only transferred 64 items, you just spawned 500 actions.
And yes, implemented by JC to reduce server lag when people do this too often or too fast.
FYI your char stays in-game, only your client is booted to the log-in screen. Can't be abused to force-logout under any circumstance (I tried )
