The Crit of Death a bug?

Hello,
me and a few others have encoountered this a few times now
when you do crimes and a Torchpost or Brazier runs out of ammo theres a slight chance it will produce a Critical that will instantly KO you, my fried once had 350BB left and a last shot of a Torchpost instantly KOd him.

Happened before multiple times with me aswell.....wasn't Ko'd but it took 200+ bb

on another note on the same related topic there seems to be a timing bug with braziers and torches, sometimes when i attack a claim all defenses instantly rush to kill me, but sometimes defense take 3-30seconds to even react or do anything.

same, been dropped several times from this dating back to before TBC was even put in but there was trouble reproducing for a fix.

but how many Blood Biles?
critic torch/blazer not deal blood dmg ?

critic torch/blazer not deal blood dmg ?
yeah but they always do a portion of blood as a damage so u would need like 100 crit hits to KO from them and even if u have 2 blood left it takes a few hits to KO.
