Hi im new but i was on on my boat and climbed out on an island andnow im stuck unconcious because i couldnt get back on my boat and the land was claimed, apparently when your on a boat you can go into someones claimed area and you wont know it until you climb off the boat, is there anyone that can help me because me doing so apparently committed a crime and now im just stuck..

You should turn the claim overlay on when you are out exploring.
You will now have to wait 24h or until the claim owner sends you home or most likely kills you, which ever comes first.
