I have two tanning tubs next to each other... one works like it should; but the other won't. I've removed the limed hides, removed all the fluid, and replaced both. Repeated it over the course of several days, many log in/out; but the graphic never reflects how much fluid is in the tub and it won't create leather.

I put the tanning solution from the bugged one into the one that's working...and it worked with no issues...

So what's going on?

your tub need to have 5% or more of tanning fluid

put some brains directly in the tub

That's a derail begging to happen if I've ever seen one.

Yeah when the graphic doesn't reflect the fluid that means there isn't 5% concentration or higher fluid inside. I like to just fill a barrel with 100 liters of water and then put exactly 10 brains in (1 brain per bucket, or 1 brain per 10 liters) which will result in 5% concentration. Then you can just dump the whole barrel into the tub or top off multiple tubs with the barrel.

If you have too many brains lying around, you can fill a barrel with water and put 20 brains into it and it will be 10% concentration. Then put 5 buckets into the tub when it's ready, and then add 5 buckets of pure water to the tub and it will bring it back down to 5%.
