No Stumps from trees?

Postby rustles » Sat Mar 05, 2016 3:17 am

I have encountered a very strange bug... None of the trees I planted leave stumps after I chop them down.

Here is the exact sequence that this happened:

-pot trees from pine nuts
-procrastinate planting them after they sprout(maybe like a week?)
-plant them'
-trees not yet fully grown before I leave today
-come back a few hours later and they're done
-pick all the pine cones on main
-alt comes in to chop them down
-notice after a couple of trees that there are no stumps
-try chopping one on my main
-still no stump

I thought maybe they are invisible for some reason, and tried walking through the tree line, and theres nothing blocking me.

are you quite sure they are fully grown ? you can pick pinecones one stage before fully mature, IIRC. How many woodblocks do the logs give ?
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

I get 46 wood blocks. Is it known that trees dont leave stumps if they're not fully grown?

yes, at least I know :)
A fully grown tree gives 60 blocks - so that's your issue.
