This sounds like a customer service problem to me, and that was the answer I was supposed to give you.

Its just that the last time an email was sent to this address...a reply was never given back or anything...since then its been rendered useless :)

They still have done nothing about it. Shame really. I had a little under 2000 silver sitting in my bank on an account that just vanished without a trace. I have not gotten an email back from support or anything. Personally i don't think its a customer support issue when forum accounts, and in game account both disappear like that. I want my boston toon back, and my stuff. Or my money.... ALL OF IT. Because its one thing to lose that stuff to a wipe which was what i expected. But its another to know for a fact the server wasn't wiped and my character is still there, unable to be used, or logged into.

Then that's a customer support issue that only Paradox can deal with. You need to contact them at support@paradoxplaza.com. If that hasn't satisfied you, you should find out about who higher up you can contact. The only person here that can help with this type of issue is TotalyMoo.

that is your respons to every thing ppl need help with. Isnt a Mod suppose to offer support and assistance not just give ppl a email? and a email that dosnt WORK! i have emailed it a number of times with no reply back...a phone number to call would be alot better....the support for this game fall way below the belt of required support and sits on bar with FunCom support...

I think you missed something. FOrum moderators are supposed to MODERATE forums, not serve as player/tester support (see, I haven't used "customer" word on purpose). That means keeping forums clean from trash / spam / flaming. See here if you don't believe me http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_forum#Moderators

Maybe your email was unreadable. Maybe you haven't provided enough information. Maybe they treated it as a phishing attempt since they have no way of verifying that the account really belongs to whoever you said it does.

Also, with the game being in beta, and its hardcore sandbox nature, support is kept to minimum, and is mostly about real cash transactions

Yes, it is because it's the only information I have. You can try contacting TotalyMoo directly here on these forums or on Paradox Plaza. (This isn't isn't the ideal way of getting in contact with support as it can take longer and there is only one person you're communicating with instead of several people that can manage a common email account.) I don't have a phone number to provide to you. Moo might be able to provide you one, but you might need to pay international phone charges as they are located out of Sweden.

As far as my job... well, I'm just a forum moderator. I moderate forums. I make sure the rules are followed to the best of my ability and understanding. I'm not customer service, though I may well be the first customer service contact players will receive. I am also only a volunteer player. I don't have any special insider information or abilities to resolve issues outside of these immediate forums.
