Bed situation

Is it just me or beds don't work like they are supposed to since pjs patch? It seems like I gain less inspiration than I used to before patch or less than I am supposed to.
No, I am not meeting 500k cap. In fact, I get only about 200-230k inspiration over night with 5.3 rate in a grand bed wearing full set of quack pjs. I was never tracking the exact numbers, but it seemed like significantly more before patch.
Do beds have no bonus of their own anymore?
How is pajamas bonus applied?
Did anyone else notice this?
Or am I just going crazy?

Beds cap the 'most' you can gain from a nights rest.
Leafy Beds can provide no more than 100K inspiration in a single sleep session.
Simple beds are 250K
and Grand beds are 500K.

The Pajamas show the 'gain' to your inspiration regeneration. That is equal to the rest value on the tooltip. So if you have .60 and .60 on two pieces you will be gaining 1.2 Inspiration a second 'bonus' for every second sleeping in a bed. That would indeed put you at about 103,680 Inspiration "bonus" for spending a whole day sleeping in a bed.

Oh, I was thinking 0,6 was a multiplier
Sounds about right then, thank you.

Hi Everyone.

I have an additional Question to the "Bed situation", since i am not really getting Johns post.

Is the cap of the bed meant as a cap for the bonus the bed offers or do i fully stop gaining any inspirationpoints at all while sleeping in bed once i reached the cap? And if so, what is the cap while not beeing in bed?

I think the text "can provide no more than XYZ K inspiration in a single sleep session" is not 100% precise.

Thanks for any answers.

Best, Chandiris

The cap is simply the 'extra' inspiration you can gain depending on the particular bed you sleep in.
