client crashed last night now i cannot log in i keep getting "already logged in"

On Windows, open task manager. Go to "Processes" tab and kill the "javaw.exe" or "java.exe" process. There seems to be a bit of a bug with ending the process properly when exiting the client, especially after a crash. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough that I make sure to use the console command ":lo" before exiting. (Don't want to leave my character in-game when I'm not even playing.)
