I want destroy my ore smelter but i can't.
I brought it to 50% with great difficulty and now is stopped at 58%, more than 100 blue bile points and it don't even lose 1%.
Is there something necessary that i don't know? (I use a pickaxe for destroy).

You need to either
a) claim it over and keep destroying
or b) get "Arson" skill and set it on fire

It is in the mine (in my claim), i think i can't claim again O.o

If you can't claim over it, your best option is to learn the Arson skill and burn it down.
