I recommend collecting a few savage charms or other things you can sell, selling them in Providence, and buying a nice copper pot if you're having such a hard time. Or you can bake four pots at once in your fire so that at least one of them will probably work out. Or you can build a kiln if you've gotten that far and get 100% success on your pots. Or you can look pitiful in town and someone may give you a few things to get started.

I recommend posting in Help next time when you're having a hard time. This section is only for bugs.

know whats fun? the salem community (exept kkk) is one of the nicest i have ever seen, if he was standing in providence asking for people to give him noob stuff i bet it wouldnt take 5minutes and he would have got a copper pot backpack and tools (even if just from myself) to get him started.

I have so many tools floating around right now that I would have done the same. Nothing like getting drunk and forgetting where you put your ax and shovel. 2 minutes after I make another set I find the missing ones in a box... Have like 5 sifting pans right now....
