I know that JC wont bring my character , i just want to report a bug that made me die.
I was mining in a hallway during a blood moon with full biles and 2 bats spawned. I managed to kill one instantly but other one (Doesent matter how many times ive removed it) instantly leeched on me. Like, not even 0.2 seconds of free time so i can atack it and kill it. That thing made me die due me not being abble to atack it. Atleast give us the time to atack it after we remove it from our necks. Jesus

You were in a corridor or in a corner in your mine at the time, right?

I was in corridor when it grabbed me but i went to the ladder to get on a clearing and it STILL went instantly on me. Even tried to kill it with a stomp.. Im so dissapointed actually.

This isn't a bug. You need to be aware of everything during a bloodmoon.

It is a bug. I am not refering about my death as a bug, im talking about a bat. You can't say to me that instant leeching on my neck after i throw it away is not a bug in a room that is wide. That is plain dumb mechanic and you know it. hell, even a small corridor should have some delay after you remove it from your neck before it can leech again.

I have never experienced this problem and I mine in straight lines. You have more than enough time to remove it and move away.

What are your humors at?

Two weeks ago rats were all over me at outrageous distances; but today they don't aggro until I'm almost stepping on them.

I think you were Mining 'in over your head' sort to speak.

The reaction you describe is an animal going in for the easy kill. Why flap around uselessly with such easy meat close by? Just as any player would...honestly.

All my humors were around 42 and because it was blood moon i had them all topped off due to me not paying attention usually and getting KO while carrying boulders. And honestly, my mine is not even that deep. It was a second floor and maybe 10/13 squares from the ladder. I've died to bats before but.. Can't honestly say if it was the same thing. Though i can say that scenario was simmilar.
Once when i mined to a second floor i went down and got immedietly KO because of the number of bats and my low blood bile (lost half when the cave down happened). And after i KO i kept getting KO numerous times losing my proficiencies because the bat teleported with me to my homestead and it was still sloted on my neck slot.
I've scratched all of those because i know sometimes the game needs polish and its hard for a single person or a small crew to fix all the bugs and update/balance the game.
My friends and myself died more than once to bats in the mine because we couldn't kill them before they started doing their thing and it really makes me dissapointed.
I wish i was an old player with 500 humor biles but i am not. To bad i didnt had that much blood bile i would walk out of the mine and just laughed at the silly bat.
And its really easy to put the blame on a new player instead of at least checking the possibility of a possible AI bug.
Cheers
