i have two villagers in one of my villages that say when they got KOed their key dropped out of their keyrings.

Your villager is a lier. Keys do not drop from keyring when ko'd. Maybe inventory yes but not ring. Come on tool you really needed to post this?

Careful. Not so long ago I would call a liar any person, who say "It's possible to destroy authority objects when townbell is payed for weeks ahead.".

Oh you are correct LOMS. Ok so maybe something has changed but I have ko'd with out losing the keys plenty of times.

If they had itchy britches, it would have put their keyring in their inventory, thus a KO would have lost the ring.

That's about as close to this as I know of happening.

i have asked them both like 3 times now if they are sure the keyrings were in the equipment slot.
they said the keyring didn't drop... but the key inside did... also saw a key laying on the ground in side the arena instead of a keyring.

i also asked if the key was in side the keyring..... they said yes.... so im posting in the bug section.
JC dose a lot of dumb things.... but i would think this would not be some thing he would do on purpose.

If you have Itchy Britches then the keyring will go to your inventory.
So if your mates told the truth, it could be a bug if the keys was dropped and the keyring not.
But i guess your mates had simple the keys not in the keyring when itchy britches were happened.

Have you ask them if they had itchy britches?
Mean that the drop of key is happened while all other items also was dropped?

A simple normal KO will NOT drop the keys out of your Keyring.

I dunno what happened to these two. If you're trying to suggest that something was put in the whole game to make this happen to them then...I KO'd twice today killing bears, and I still have my keyring and all the keys. Since the dock club was mentioned, my KO's were several hours after the event.

How do they know that key dropped because of the KO? Were they watching their keyring all the time while they were KOed? Or maybe someone came and stole those keys while the chars were KOed?

How did they report it? Was it "I KOed and dropped a key" or was it "where the hell did my key go? I don't have it in my keyring anymore"

Even if they are liars there is no harm in making another key for them and just re-attuning it. What are they going to do sell the keys?
